At Monarque, we do everything we can to offer you premium clothing of impeccable quality but at reasonable prices. We believe in responsible consumption and want each purchase to be thoughtful and appreciated.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Aware of the environmental impact of free returns, we have opted for a responsible return policy. This allows us to maintain fair and accessible prices without passing on these costs to our products.
In case of return, the costs are your responsibility, but we offer you a voucher equivalent to the amount of the return costs, the rates are indicated in the return costs section below.
The simplified procedure
You have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return request. Log in to your account, go to your order history and make a return request.
To be eligible for a return, each item must be in its original condition, with the tags still attached. Only new, unused but simply tried-on items will be accepted. Monarque does not offer product exchanges. We therefore invite you to place a new order and use the voucher that will be sent to you to cover the shipping costs. A voucher will be issued upon receipt of the return and will be valid for 90 days for a single use.
Refunds will be made within 10 business days of receipt of the returned items. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Return Fees
€6 for mainland France. We have not yet opened our sales to other regions.
